Why are documents notarized?
A Florida Notary Public is an official of integrity, commissioned by the office of the Governor, of the State of Florida, to serve the public as an impartial witness, in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts, related to the signing of important documents.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Since Mobile Notary Tampa is a “mobile only” service, we don’t maintain an office for walk-in clients, so we do require appointments.
What types of identification are acceptable?
Most clients have a Florida drivers license, an ID card, or a drivers license from another state, which are all acceptable forms of identification.

Can we do a notarization in a public place?
Yes. Public locations are fine. Whatever location is convenient for you.
What documents do you notarize?
Any document in which a signature requires notarization. Please take a look at our Notarization, page where some documents are listed. If you don’t see your document listed, don’t worry, it’s only a partial list.
Do you notarize on weekends?
Yes. We perform notarizations 7 days a week, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM.
Can I come to your location?
Sorry, no. Since Mobile Notary Tampa is a “mobile only” service, we don’t maintain an office for walk-in clients. However, if you urgently need a document notarized, call us at 813.591.0820 to schedule an emergency appointment.

How do I book your services?
Call, text, or email us. We’ll get you set up with an appointment. Advance payment is required for appointments.
How much does a notarization cost?
Our notarization fees are capped by the State of Florida at $10 per stamp. Travel fees are based on actual GPS travel time, and are quoted in advance. Please check PRICING for more information.
Do you give refunds?
There are no refunds once travel to your location has commenced. Prior to that, refunds are possible.
