With the use of audio-video and identity verification technologies, Remote Online Notarizations allow documents to be legally signed and notarized under Florida law.
Each signer will need to pass ID verification in the form of KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication), in which the signer must correctly answer 80% of the questions presented in order to prove their identity.

What To Expect
During the Remote Online Notarization process, the signer will receive a notification requesting them to:
Capture their ID (using a camera on a computer or other device)
Capture their face (using a camera on a computer or other device)
Adopt their signature for digital signing
Connect with the Notary using a webcam on their computer or other device
What is An Online Notary Public?
An Online Notary Public is a notary public who has successfully completed an approved online training course and is commissioned under the Dept. of State to perform online notarizations.

Is Online Notarization Secure?
Remote Online Notarization (RON) platforms are bound by law to provide protection for your documents, confidential information, and electronic signatures by encrypting all of your data with the highest level of security available.
What is the Cost?
Florida Statutes set the fee for Remote Online Notarizations at $25 for each notarial act, which is to say, for each electronic Notary stamp. We perform some administration on behalf of the Signer to make the online session possible, so we charge additionally for that service.
Please note: We must perform Remote Online Notarizations using a State approved third-party platform, and fees are commensurate of our cost per-transaction. So, Document Bundling is the way to go, do more than one document for a discount.
